With 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, I bring a strong combination of academic knowledge and practical leadership skills.

I hold a degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Presidency College, Calcutta University, as well as an MBA in Finance from IISWBM, Calcutta University. I have a certification in Computer Science Certification from NIIT, India.

My career includes 24 years at Citibank, 14 of which were in Risk Management. I have been the CRO at Home Credit, the market leader in Consumer Durables lending in the Philippines. I have also served first as the CRO and then as the Deputy CEO at UNO Digital Bank, Philippines. At UNO Bank, being a member of the founding team, I have been at the forefront of developing and implementing the Risk, governance and strategic growth functions of the Bank. 

I specialize in integrating Risk, Collections, and P&L management with AI Solutions to drive business success.
