With 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, I bring a strong combination of academic knowledge and practical leadership.

I hold a degree in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Presidency College, Calcutta University, as well as an MBA in Finance from IISWBM, Calcutta University, and a Computer Science Certification from NIIT.

My career includes 24 years at Citibank, 14 of which were focused on Risk Management. This was followed by leadership roles at Home Credit Philippines and at UNO Digital Bank, where I served as CRO. I have also served as the Deputy CEO at UNO.

I specialize integrating Risk, Collections, and P&L management to drive business success.
